She watched our autistic son at our resort, the Shore Club, while we went to the adult pool, shopping, spa, etc. I would book her again without hesitation. We were so thankful to have Leen as our sitter. She was on time, so attentive, sweet and my 2 year old was blowing her kisses by the time she was leaving! They even watched our group of 5 (ages from 2-10) one night  for an adults only night and all the kids enjoyed it! They even took them to the pool for the night and sent so many pictures and kept in contact to let us everything was ok. Policy : Time Sheet

Time Sheet: Clients will be provided with a time sheet to ensure they receive the best services from the nanny.

Policy : Communication

Communication: Parents must contact the nanny if they are delayed in picking up their child. If parents do not return to the hotel or villa, the nanny will contact the emergency number.

Policy: Failed Communication

Failed Communication: If attempts to contact parents or emergency contacts fail, outside services like the police or hotel managers will be called.

Policy: Rebooking

Rebooking: All rebookings should be arranged through BABYSITTING BUDDIES TCI, and clients are requested not to contact the nanny directly for new bookings.

Policy: Child's Health Information

Child’s Health Information: Parents should provide information about any child not feeling well prior to booking or before the babysitter’s arrival.

Policy: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if the service is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled time, but no refund will be provided if canceled within 24 hours.

Policy: Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy: The company is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its clients’ personal data. Clients can contact them for any questions or issues related to the use of personal data.

Policy: Consent

Consent: By using the company’s site or services, clients consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the privacy policy.
